Team Lead Power BI Competence Center
Playing a key role in shaping PT's future reporting landscape. Within the new organizational structure it is important translate my team's services into a clear offering for all Power BI stakeholders throughout PT, ranging from PT IT's portfolio teams to local IT teams. While maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence, a zero-support mindset and clear operational reporting. To achieve this the main focus will be on automation and internal process improvement to ensure a state-of-the-art landscape to work in for all parties involved.
Team Lead Reporting
As team lead for the PT IT Reporting team, my role involved overseeing the development, implementation and maintenance of both BI solutions made in Power BI & QlikView. Working together with stakeholders from all over the world to understand the business needs, manage expectancies and ensure a continuous alignment with other PT IT teams and Group IT infrastructure team. All in all creating a fun and distraction-free environment for my team to work in to deliver fantastic BI solutions!
Platform Owner Talend & QlikView
Facilitating a complete Business Intelligence stack for project teams to work with. Based on the Talend and QlikView platform.
Single point of contact role both within the organization as towards the vendors of the platforms.
